Processing & Handling Time

We process orders Monday–Friday (excluding holidays). Processing times depend on the product category:

Order Tracking

If your tracking information hasn’t updated within 5 business days, please contact us.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in the shipping fees.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Booth Box is not liable for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or customs. However, we’ll do everything we can to help.

If your order is:

• Lost: Please notify us within 10 days of the estimated delivery date.
• Damaged: Send us photos and a report within 48 hours of delivery.
• Delayed: Check tracking and contact us if there’s no update after 5+ days.

8Incorrect Address Disclaimer

It is your responsibility to enter the correct shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the buyer may be responsible for the re-shipping cost.

Refused or Unclaimed Packages

If a package is refused or unclaimed and returned to us, we will contact you. Reshipping costs may apply, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
