1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed, and another notification once it ships, including tracking details.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

Delivery times vary depending on the product type and destination within the U.S.

Please note: Larger products such as soundproof cabins and mobile pods require freight delivery, which may take additional time depending on location and carrier scheduling. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Product size and weight
  • Delivery location
  • Type of delivery (standard or freight)

4. Freight Delivery (Cabins & Pods)

Our soundproof cabins and mobile pods are shipped via freight delivery to ensure safety and proper handling.
Here’s what to expect:

  • The freight carrier will contact you before delivery to schedule an appointment.
  • Ensure the delivery site is accessible for large trucks.
  • Curbside delivery is standard; the driver will deliver your order to the nearest accessible point.
  • If you require inside or white-glove delivery service, please inform us before checkout (extra charges may apply).
  • Freight deliveries typically require a signature upon receipt. Customers must inspect the shipment before signing.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with:

  • Tracking number
  • Carrier information
  • Estimated delivery date

You can track your shipment directly from the provided link.
If you haven’t received your tracking details within 5 business days of placing your order, contact us at support@boothbox.shop.

6. Delivery Issues (Lost or Damaged Orders)

We take every precaution to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition.
If your shipment is damaged, lost, or missing:

  1. Inspect the packaging and product immediately upon delivery.
  2. Report any damage directly to the carrier before signing for the delivery.
  3. Email us at support@boothbox.shop within 72 hours with your order number and photos of the damage.
  4. Once delivery is confirmed and the shipment is accepted, responsibility for the product transfers to the customer, except in cases of concealed freight damage reported within the allowed timeframe.

7. Order Changes & Address Updates

If you need to modify your shipping address or order details, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
Once an order has shipped, changes cannot be made, and customers will be responsible for any reshipping costs due to incorrect addresses.

8. Shipping Restrictions

  • Booth Box currently ships only within the United States (contiguous 48 states).
  • We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or P.O. Boxes.
  • Freight deliveries require a physical address that can accommodate large vehicle access.
