Booth Box (B.Box) – Return & Refund Policy

We want every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns, replacements, and refunds are handled for products purchased through www.boothbox.shop.

1. General Return Policy
We accept returns on eligible products within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, your item must:
- Be in its original condition, unused, and free from damage
- Include all original packaging, manuals, and accessories
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Products that show signs of installation, modification, or damage caused by improper handling are not eligible for return. Returns due to change of mind are accepted only for eligible, unused, non-custom products and must meet all return conditions outlined in this policy.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For safety and logistical reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Custom-built or specially ordered soundproof cabins or pods are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has started, except in cases of manufacturing defects or shipping damage.
- Clearance or final-sale items
- Gift cards
- Products that have been assembled or used
- Items damaged after delivery due to mishandling or improper installation
If your item is defective or damaged upon arrival, see Section 4 below.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Your order number
- The reason for return
- Photos or videos (if applicable)

Our support team will review your request within 48 hours and provide:
- A Return Authorization (RA) number, and
- Instructions for shipping your item back to us

Once your return is approved, ship the item to the address provided in your return instructions.
Important: Unauthorized returns without an RA number will not be accepted or refunded.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care to ensure your products arrive in perfect condition.
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or defective:
- Inspect the product and packaging immediately upon delivery
- We endeavor to respond to return/refund requests within 48–72 business hours, contact us on returnandrefund@boothbox.shop
- Include your order number, photos, and a brief description of the issue
Our team will review your claim and arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.
Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized installation is not covered under this policy.
5. Shipping Costs for Returns
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect, incorrect item, or damage during shipment.
- Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.
- For large products such as soundproof cabins or mobile pods, return shipping may involve freight services, which can incur additional costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking confirmation.
6. Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected:

You’ll also be informed whether your refund has been approved or denied
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days
- Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time for the credit to appear in your account
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please first check with your bank or credit card company before contacting us. For change‑of‑mind returns, the original shipping fee will be refunded in addition to the product price if TikTok Shop return rules require it.
7. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and must follow the standard return process.
Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
8. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for eligible products if:
- The item arrives defective, or
- You received the wrong product
To request an exchange, contact us at returnandrefund@boothbox.shop within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll send instructions for exchanging your item once verified.
9. Freight Delivery Returns (Cabins & Pods)
Because of their size and value, soundproof cabins and mobile pods require special handling for returns:
- Returns must be approved and scheduled through our logistics team
- The product must be repackaged securely in its original crate or packaging
- Freight return costs will be calculated based on weight, location, and carrier availability
